Our microbrewery has state-of-the-art equipment manufactured entirely from stainless steel. Once brewed, two batches of unfermented beer are transferred to cylindrical-conical unit tanks to ferment and mature. To preserve as much flavor as possible, we do not pasteurize our beer but instead use unique sterile filtration processes. Before being packed, our brews are filtered several times through pore filters, ensuring our beer reaches the pub in perfect condition. We will soon be starting guided tours of our microbrewery.

The Cold Liquor Tank (CLT) is another essential to your brewery. Also known as a buffer tank, it contains cold water, which helps cool down your bitter wort before fermentation, along with the help of a heat exchanger.
Prodeb's cold liquor tanks are glycol-insulated and fully insulated, which ensures that your wort will be brought down to the ideal fermentation temperature every single time. This saves us both time from waiting for the hot wort to cool down naturally and eliminates the risk of infection. No water is wasted, as all the cold water going into the heat exchanger gets recycled and is sent into the hot liquid tank.

For almost every process in the brewery, from mashing and sparging to cleaning and sanitization, a source of hot water is required.
Temperature control of water is essential, especially in the mashing process, because if the temperature is too high, this can lead to off-flavours produced due to tannins as well as possibly killing the entire sugar conversion process. And if the temperature is too low, the sugar conversion process won't even be completed, leading to a weaker beer, both in flavor and alcohol content. Both cases lead to not only the wastage of your raw material but also manpower, because an entire brew day would be wasted. Also, one must keep in mind that different beer styles require different mashing and sparging temperatures. Therefore, a properly equipped hot liquid tank (HLT) is essential to your brewery.
Our state-of-the art steam-jacketed and fully insulated hot liquid tank (HLT) ensures a continuous supply of clean hot water for your brew day while being able to control its temperature at all times.
